About Selah
Hi! Welcome to Selah (see·luh), I'm Jasmine Funn, the owner and therapist of the agency. When I created Selah, I wanted to cultivate a space of authenticity, safety, and trust where women could show up and feel seen, heard, valued, and free of judgment. My ideal client is the woman who identifies as superwoman, but is ready to take the cape OFF! Let me guess, you show up for everyone in your life, but when is the last time you showed up for yourself? When's the last time you experienced joy and ease? My ideal client is looking to make a shift and start showing up for herself first so she can live a fulfilling life that is authentic to who she is.
Background: I started my career providing services to youth and families in a community health setting. My career has provided me the opportunity to support individuals, couples, specialized groups, and manage programs within the for-profit and non-profit sectors. As I continue to grow in my career, I have developed a passion and niche for working with young and middle aged adult women, which led me create Selah.
Approach: I provide a person centered approach, facilitating an empathetic environment with positive regard to help you identify your strengths. I believe all of my clients are the experts of their lives. I'm here to help provide tools and skills to help you improve and maintain a healthy emotional well-being.
